Use Seesaw to Check for Understanding

❤️❤️ Love Seesaw? But feel tired just thinking about creating amazing, perfect, graphic design worthy activities for learning? I have good news, you DON'T NEED to!

Seesaw recently released some ready-to-go Check for Understanding Activities that can be used without prior planning. These are meant to be just-in-time, formative assessment for your class.

These ready-to-go Check for Understanding Activities make learning visible. Choose either PreK-2nd Grade OR 3rd-5th Grade in the areas:

✍️ Show What You Know
💭 Explain Your Thinking
🤔 Reflection Routines
🚪 Exit Tickets
👐 Choice Boards

So let's say you've just finished a lesson in your 3rd Grade class and you think as teacher, 'I'd like to add an exit ticket to this lesson to visibly see what my students learned, what questions they have and what they might still want to know.'

Simply open Seesaw and assign the Exit Ticket Activity for 3rd-5th Grades.

There's no prep on your part, yet you have valuable information about what your students know!
