Email Archives

Do you archive your email?  Did you know that the archive files are stored on your actual laptop instead of on the email server?  If you archive your email and you want to back it up before you get your new laptop, please follow the directions below.

Appointment Reminders

The Genius Bar is in full swing. Everyone is loving the new laptops. Please take note of a few reminders as you prepare for your upcoming appointment.

1. Please make sure all stickers are off of your laptop.
2. Remove all CD's and DVD's.
3. Remove all computer adapters.
4. Bring your laptop, laptop battery supply, docking station, and docking station battery supply. If you do not have all of these items, you will not receive your new equipment.
5. It is very important that you arrive at your appointment time. If you are early or late it messes up the schedule. We have scheduled for each appointment to have one on one time with a Keller ISD Genius.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, there is a link in the appointment confirmation email that you received. This must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. You cannot just change appointments with a friend. We have to assign laptops to individual employees and if you are not on the schedule for the day, we will not have a laptop ready for you.

Canvas End of Year Procedures

The school year is quickly winding down.  Many of you have done a lot of great work in Canvas and we want you to be able to access all of this information next year.  Please read the End of Year Canvas Procedures Document by clicking here.  You will find all of the information that you need to know about how to end the year in Canvas and get started again next year.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email

Remember that you MUST have an appointment to refresh your laptop.  We are NOT able to take walk-ins.  To make an appointment, go to the post below. At the time of your appointment you will turn in your old laptop and then receive a new one.

If you have summer plans and will not be able to schedule an appointment to refresh your laptop, you must return your current laptop before you leave for summer break.

You will need to return your laptop to the Annex on June 2 or June 3 from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Annex is located at 10310 Old Denton Road, Fort Worth, TX 76244.

You will be able to pick up your new laptop the week of in-service August 15 to August 19. As we get closer to the week we will have specific times that you will be able to come get your new laptop.

We have to collect all of the current laptops by July 28 because they are due back to Dell.
