The month of March is National Women's History Month an honorary observance, established by the United States Congress in 1987 to recognize women's numerous achievements throughout history. In honor of Women's History Month, I'd like to share the following application called Notable Women. This website and application allow you to see a portrait of a woman who has been a scientist, writer, artist, business leader, or civic leader on our currency.
This AR experiment lets you see any one of the 100 historic American women and allows you to explore their accomplishments. This website, as well as the app that goes with it, is the product of a remarkable collaboration. This platform was created with teachers and students in mind, and it includes pre-made lessons that you can use. This application contains great content for anyone to enjoy.
