It's that time of year - time to clean up, pack away, send home artwork, and say good-bye to the precious faces of your class.
But, WAIT... that looks very different this year. Many of you are on your campuses right now packing up the contents of desks or lockers and handing out bags of students' personal items curbside.
This year, you may have a digital environment to 'clean up' as well. In this post we will address what to do with GOOGLE CLASSROOM.
👩🏫When you have completed activity in your GOOGLE CLASSROOM and are ready to 'clean up':
- Go to your Google Classroom DASHBOARD and choose the correct Google Classroom
- Click the 3 dots on the Classroom card and choose ARCHIVE
👨🏫That's it, easy peasy, lemon squeezy! The archived class will continue to live in your ARCHIVED CLASSES section of Google Classroom and can be located by:
After archiving a class, you will still have access to
- RECALL and RESTORE the class to full use (using the 3 dots menu on the archived class card) if needed for any type of activity
- REUSE any of its posts

- NOT contain the PEOPLE from the prior class
To COPY your Google classroom:
